We found Shannon kind of by accident and are ever glad we did! She had the house that we wanted and she made everything so seamless and easy. Communication with her is very important and she is extremely responsive. She was able to answer every question, she gave us information for our move and helped every step of the way. All this is expected of course, but what makes Shannon stand out on top is her vibrant personality and attitude. She's always smiling (you can tell even under her mask) and is so positive you can't help but want to be her friend. No one could have made this process any better.
